Certain parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
You may NOT use the platform in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Your Content: You retain all rights to the prompts and data you upload. You grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the service to you.
Our Content: The Platform code, design, and original AI algorithms are the exclusive property of Pentagon Labs Inc. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission.
In no event shall StudyTutor.app, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
